Do unused monthly credits roll over?
No. Monthly credits expire at the end of the billing period. Your next monthly allocation is added when your renewal payment succeeds.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from Settings → Billing. Your plan remains available until the end of the current paid billing period.
What happens to my credits if I cancel?
You can use your remaining monthly credits until the end of the current billing period. Credits purchased separately do not expire. Subscriber discounts end when your paid plan ends.
Can I buy additional credits?
Yes. Buy credits whenever you need them. Active Creator subscribers save 10% and Pro subscribers save 20%. Your discount is applied automatically at checkout.
When do monthly credits reset?
Your credits renew on your monthly billing date after a successful payment, rather than on the first day of the calendar month. Check your next billing date in Settings → Billing.
