These terms apply when you access or use Thumbrix.

Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials and API keys, and all activity performed through your account. Notify the service operator promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Purchases and credits

The creator pack is a one-time purchase. It includes the credits shown at checkout and 2K/4K generation with original downloads without watermarks. Purchased generation credits do not expire and have no cash value. Each successful new thumbnail uses one generation credit; downloading an existing result does not. Failed generations return the reserved credit.

Your first guest generation counts toward the three-generation account trial. Do not create accounts or reset browser identifiers to bypass trial limits. Payment and purchase confirmation are handled by the provider shown at checkout. Mandatory refund and consumer rights remain applicable. For billing questions, use the merchant contact details on your payment receipt.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, probe or circumvent security controls, disrupt other users, automate abusive traffic, or generate and distribute prohibited content. The operator may limit or suspend use that threatens the service or third parties.

Intellectual property

The service software, branding, and supplied content remain the property of their respective owners and are governed by the applicable software and third-party licenses. You retain rights you hold in content you submit, while granting the limited permission needed to process it and provide the requested service.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent allowed by law. AI and other generated outputs may be inaccurate and must be reviewed before reliance or publication.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

Changes to these terms

Material revisions will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
